If you don't return the truck to the appropriate drop-off location, you'll need to pay a fee to do so and your rental rate may change. For extra protection for your rental, you can choose this optional protection at the start of the rental and pay the rate stated on the rental document. The truck being towed must be of the type identified in the rental agreement at the place of origin.
Budget Truck will connect the towing equipment to the rented truck at pickup, but you won't be able to drive the towing vehicle against the towing equipment. If you opt for auto trailer protection, Budget will accept limited liability for physical damage to a towed car as set out in this agreement and automatic towing protection as set out in paragraph 20, up to the amount indicated on the rental document. You assume all other risks and liabilities. Budget will allow customers to purchase additional days or miles by contacting the Budget Truck Rental pickup point on the thank you page directly.
You waive any claim against Budget for incidental, special, or consequential damages in connection with the rental. Any necessary service or maintenance of the truck will be performed during the rental as indicated.
